Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of sales have increased significantly, thus making team members quit because no help is provided. Specially during nightshifts. GM expects kitchen to be sparkling clean (which usually is) but then again, it has been getting more complicated because of the sales increasement.
