The Benefits are amazing for my family and me!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Restaurant pay keeps going up but corporate stays the same. With inflation it has been a struggle.

I am underpaid for my years of experience and if I was paid appropriately for that I would feel more valued.

I feel undervalued because I was internally promoted. If I were closer in compensation to the other members of my team who are in the same position, I would feel better about my pay.

Pay at every corporate position is 10-40k under market value. We've lost over half of our coworkers because of this gap and nobody seems to care to fix it. The folks that are left in corp are constantly talking about leaving because of pay for managers or lower. Teams are overworked and understaffed
