We have the best values in the business- we just need to live them. If salary/benefits are water and parties, treats and experiences are ice cream- we just keep shoving ice cream in the mouths of workers who are dehydrated- excessive Director+ pay is demoralizing and makes majority of people leave

Having time to take care of myself with meditation, yoga or a short break. This doesn't happen often
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay at every corporate position is 10-40k under market value. We've lost over half of our coworkers because of this gap and nobody seems to care to fix it. The folks that are left in corp are constantly talking about leaving because of pay for managers or lower. Teams are overworked and understaffed
