Something is always changing and evolving which is exciting to be a part of but then there are basic routines and standards that is exciting to continue to keep improving on

Again, the PEOPLE. We're people-first and you can feel it. It isn't perfect here, but when you have a team that is supportive and wants to help get through challenges, you can't ask for more.
