They are aligned on company goals and passionate about our mission. When you feel that come down from the top, it permeates the entire company!

We've become fast friends. We've had to rally around some incredible changes over the past year and it's brought the majority of us closer together.

It didn't feel like an interview process- it felt like conversations where we were trying to get to know each other and understand if this would be the right fit.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again, the PEOPLE. We're people-first and you can feel it. It isn't perfect here, but when you have a team that is supportive and wants to help get through challenges, you can't ask for more.
