They are supportive and passionate
Review from Operations Dept
The leadership team is very reliable and works hard
Review from Operations Dept
Their ability to adapt to the constantly changing stances of our corporate offices and be flexible in the face of revolving door managers and employees
Review from Operations Dept
Real people who started in the organization
Review from Operations Dept
They really care about you as a person and your family. They are there to help you with whatever is needed in your personal life or work!

Financial compensation. Crew, Kitchen Leader, and Service Leaders all work for ridiculously low wages. We are all underpaid and overworked. How can a company report record prof bbits but is incapable of holding a $15 mininum wage for their employees? Make it make sense. If we are truly valued, show
Review from Operations Dept
Enforcing use of existing L&D tools, standards compliance/brand integrity enforcement, culture, accessions & retention. Evaluating and promoting true leaders from within, not just managers who check the "right" boxes. Keep better track of industry/specific market standards, practices and trends.
Review from Operations Dept
Better staff their restaurants. Alloted labor is far too low. Morale is piss poor in most stores.
Review from Operations Dept
FL's should be at stores more often to make sure the standards are being followed instead of taking a backseat. TD's should be more communicative with their teams. Some stores have had to be understaffed and overworked all while being told to "push through". Raise the wages.
Review from Operations Dept
Focus on people at the bottom. When do we ever get a break? When do we have an office party or celebration? Executives have ruined everything that used to make us great

Insurance is amazing! Very obtainable bonus structure!

Bonus potential is the best part

Review from Operations Dept
Bonus. Expenses need to be approved when we travel for the restaurant
Review from Operations Dept
I feel incredibly undervalued and underpaid. Between managing and trying to obtain a college education I do a lot more than the managers paid more than me.
Review from Operations Dept
Not competitive enough. Underpaid for job we are required to do.
Review from Operations Dept
The hourly wage is not reflective of the workload and expectations of us. I would feel better if all crew member would start at a $15 mininum wage across the whole company.
Review from Operations Dept
Higher base pay. Eg: CoLA adjustment of 1.25%, with inflation at 3%. Re-implement industry standard differentials; Shift differential, differential based on sales, role differentials offered (eg Grill)
Review from Operations Dept
They are very positive and easy to work with
Review from Operations Dept
Many are friendly and fun to work with
Review from Operations Dept
We show up for eachother
Review from Operations Dept
We are all collectively suffering from an unfair wage, so by banding together and grouping up we are able to help each other overcome these hardships.
Review from Operations Dept
Coworkers are friendly, personable, and high energy.
Review from Operations Dept
As a manager, the wellness policy needs to be looked at. I've had far too many employees claim they are "Nauseous" halfway through the shift, just because they know as soon as they say it I'll have no choice but to let them go. NOT a good work environment, no trust between crew and management.
Review from Operations Dept
They're doing their best but a majority of them are teens. Raise wages and get some adults in here.
Review from Operations Dept
Punctuality, Attendance, work ethic, operational ownership mindset
Review from Operations Dept
the biggest thing is communication and working as a team and havingore sense of urgency
Review from Operations Dept
Practical screening not just hiring out of scared necessities
Review from Operations Dept
People and connection and nice goals
Review from Operations Dept
At my store we are all trying to be glass half full as a store but many of the crew come in and don't work
Review from Operations Dept
Nothing really. The culture and environment at chipotle is a facade. We used to have a great culture back when Monty Moran was part of the team.
Review from Operations Dept
Chipotle promotes high standards and long term growth
Review from Operations Dept
We're very busy, depending on the crew it can lead to some really great teamwork, but recently because crew members feel like they can't rely on each other, you don't see those shining moments as much anymore.
Review from Operations Dept
We need someone like monty back. Someone who's focus is the employees/people
Review from Operations Dept
Less focus on numbers and reports and more focus on people and food
Review from Operations Dept
Stop caring about money and making it end all be all
Review from Operations Dept
Pay people more or actually allow more than 5 people on a shift. People would dream to have a fully staffed restaurant like shown in the background of the survey. For example Chipotle wants you all to deploy if there are more customers on the line than people in the store. How do you get prep done?
Review from Operations Dept
Focus on better pay and releaving stress from management.
Review from Operations Dept
I was asked about other aspects of my life.
Review from Operations Dept
It was laid back and casual. It didn't feel like I was being studied like other interviews.
Review from Operations Dept
How simple it was but the store is on fire and not in a good sense or structurally
Review from Operations Dept
They had two people asking questions instead of an intense one on one
Review from Operations Dept
Getting to see the passion
Review from Operations Dept
Again, it is a systemic issue. They don't take.... Feedback
Review from Operations Dept
Maybe don't hire family and cousins and all their Hood rat friends, and claim to try and fix a store.

Review from Operations Dept
Company constantly brags about record breaking sales yet insists we work more with less people. restaurant managers are far from miracle workers. WE can't keep talented people when they have to work Friday nights with 5 people.
Review from Operations Dept
The job itself is easy. But its the volume of work sometimes. It's not fun and I don't get paid enough for my work or having to deal with customers.
Review from Operations Dept
A return to the core principle of recruiting. assessing, and hiring talent based on the 13 characteristics of a high quality candidate.
Review from Operations Dept
i personally have been asking for a transfer for 3+ years and would like one. Second i feel as if a lot gets put onto sms to accomplish everything
Review from Operations Dept
Allow the time to properly train people and new people. Stop pushing unrealistic standards and goals that can not be achieved with what we are given. Focus on the failing facilities at so many stores. Let the throughput video actually be a real thing. I have never seen 6 or more people on the line
