Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have got to really look at the rate of inflation. There is no reason I should be working paycheck-to-paycheck when the execs get huge, fat bonuses and raises.

Paid the amount advertised nationally. Advertising that Chipotle is paying a starting wage of $15/hr and raising prices in anticipation of rising wages turn the customers against the workers who already get repeatedly threaten and verbally assaulted by customers who act entitled to the nth degree.

As a member of facilities I'm not paid for all the things that I have to do I consistently go above and beyond and help out in other areas that I shouldn't but I just want to make sure I am doing my part. In order to make a good salary I have to work astronomical amounts of overtime.

My team in the RSC is understaffed, and we do not make a fair wage for the amount of work we do. Additionally, many of our issues stem from the restaurants themselves being understaffed due to a lack of LIVING wages provided to potential applicants.

You have created a great insular team of people who mesh well together. It's the blindness above us and not caring about our opinions compiled with all I have already mentioned that is the problem. You are a multi-million dollar company. Make yourself 'un-flat.'

Make EVERYONE feel wanted especially the contractors. Be up front & honest with the specific team members you have a problem with. If you're confronting them about their "schedule" be honest with your reason why.
