We support and respect each other
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No room for promotion. Just got out of a meeting where they want us to keep learning and growing, even thought there is zero hope for promotion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have got to really look at the rate of inflation. There is no reason I should be working paycheck-to-paycheck when the execs get huge, fat bonuses and raises.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You have created a great insular team of people who mesh well together. It's the blindness above us and not caring about our opinions compiled with all I have already mentioned that is the problem. You are a multi-million dollar company. Make yourself 'un-flat.'
