Whenever someone gets stuck on a problem the solution can come from an employee who we have never met in person. Everyone is very friendly and helpful

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's too much fear in the air. The most prevalent feeling is desperation. Which leads to politics, etc. It has become a net negative. I would strongly advice friends to stay away.
