People are from all over the world. If you don't care about working off hours, long hours or weekends, that's a perk.

Open communication but division is appatent. The club, then everyone else. Small club. Company looks at ways to cut commissions. But select few do VERY well and tge rest worry about being on a performance plan or riffed.
Very supportive, can lean on them for any help..
