Very bad place to work , supervisors dont care about how you feel , they just want the work done , and if your not working fast enough they start harassing you . Nothing about UPS is good.

We need a 20-25 min break , supervisors need to understand that building wall to wall constantly is very energy consuming when they want you to work so fast, they need to stop harrassing their workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Supervisors need to have respect and listen to their workers . Package handlers go through a lot of work and we only get one 10 min break . Supervisors are constantly harrassing workers in a negative way . Also for this type of work I shouldnt be getting paid $15.00 an hour.
