They seem focused on employee happiness.
Review from Admin Dept
I'm still new, so I don't have a well-formed opinion yet. I do appreciate the all-hands since there had been several reorgs in marketing (B4 I joined) - that was a good way to understand what's new/changing, seeing demos.
Review from Marketing Dept
Transparent communications from top down.
Review from IT Dept
I'm not sure which "leadership" team this question refers to

Review from HR Dept
I like that we are a mission driven organization that also recognizes how important the employees are.
Review from Sales Dept
I have had nearly zero contact with the Adobe leadership team so this is hard to have.
Review from Engineering Dept
The leadership team does a great job with reflecting on how far Adobe has come and giving credit where it's due. They celebrate the wins and praise employee's hard work. They also do a great job with painting an inspiring picture of the future and what our company wide goals are!
Review from Sales Dept
Everyone is very approachable. It's great to feel that you can speak openly with anyone.
Review from Design Dept
Thinking about differentiated offerings with customer centricity.
Review from Design Dept
The members of the leadership team that I have met have been very engaging and personable. They asked how my onboarding has been going and provided answers to questions I have asked.

Their integrity and finding the correct balance between leveraging AI and protecting our customers who are primarily creators and marketers.
Review from Sales Dept
They are focused and intentional. They provide stability without too many team reorganizations unless it's really necessary which allows the team to keep burning through the never-ending backlog of things to develop.
Review from Product Dept
They communicate and tell the why, not just the what of a decision.
Review from Customer Success Dept
removing barriers to execution, asking for help, giving opportunity to all to jump in on high visibility projects
Review from HR Dept

Review from Marketing Dept
Evaluate the currently existing talent within Adobe and compensate accordingly. We're underpaid in comparison with competitors.
Review from HR Dept
General transparency and clearer goal and priority setting
Review from Marketing Dept
diversity and inclusion training people managers retention
Review from Marketing Dept
More promotions for women and POC. The leveling at Adobe is very far off from the rest of the tech world. It's nearly impossible to get to director, sr. director, etc. and the criteria isn't clear. Several employees have reached that criteria and been denied with no clear explanation.
Review from Marketing Dept
Being fair to all employees in the organization, not just their favorites. When it comes to task assignments or promotions, the favorites get the best again and again, and the worst tasks get assigned to people from disadvantaged groups.
Review from Engineering Dept
Gone way downhill in the last year. Everybody is pretty miserable.
Review from Marketing Dept
Spreading the vision of the company within the organization
Review from Product Dept
Speak up to other leaders and defend the team you manage. E.g. when product, design and sales team push for unreasonable product/deadline, engineering leaders should hold ground, listen to the team, push for compromise, don't try to impress while sacrificing the team for your own benefits.
Review from Engineering Dept
The executive team needs to better understand and lead the B2B business.
Review from Marketing Dept
Priorities change every single week. It's impossible to finish anything before getting pulled off onto something else. Then Execs have the nerve to say, "We aren't finishing strong."
Review from Product Dept
have a better understanding about their subordinates every day routine work
Review from Customer Support Dept
Respect is the most important
Review from Design Dept
Really difficult to do our jobs when we don't at all feel supported by the executive team.
Review from Finance Dept
Leadership needs to better understand the work that their subordinates perform and properly appreciate its complexity. Leadership also needs to trust more.
Review from Product Dept
Gain at least some level of competence.
Review from Engineering Dept
Compensating those who have sacrificed more than them to build this business
Review from Design Dept
They don't understand the details of their business very well preferring to focus on things at a very high level
Review from Finance Dept
Giving more autonomy to their direct reports
