Adobe Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I would have to say the people

Review from Admin Dept

I like the popup events and perks that show up in #sitesanfrancisco, I like #adobefood. I am interested in getting closer to the food team - google offered cooking classes for employees in a dedicated teaching kitchen and I would love to see how to help the team create a community experience like it

Review from Marketing Dept

Innovative, collaborative, always willing to help

Review from IT Dept

The culture supports learning and work-life balance while still hitting business critical goals

Review from Customer Success Dept

Togetherness, community of passionate talent from different walks of life bringing diversity to thoughts and actions.

Review from HR Dept

The overall culture and environment are great in my team. People here are great!

Review from Engineering Dept

The most positive thing about the culture is the focus on inclusion

Review from Engineering Dept

Doing great work, quickly, with smart people

Review from Sales Dept

everyone is willing to help and knows that we win together

Review from Sales Dept

people first strategy and leadership truly embracing that people are their most valuable asset. ability to lead automatously while knowing you have support when needed.

Review from HR Dept

We value family first which is important to me.

Review from Sales Dept

My teammates wanting to jump in and help make sure that I'm able to do my best.

Review from Engineering Dept

People are friendly and willing to help

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone at Adobe is so genuine! I can tell they really care about me on a personal level, but also want to help me be successful in my role! Everyone does a great job with work life balance and making it a really enjoyable place to work!

Review from Sales Dept

the teams make an effort to get together to know one another and not just chat about work

Review from Design Dept

People centric and culture driven!

Review from Design Dept

In general it is the positivity around the company and our products. from what I have seen, they are walking the the walk and not just talking the talk.

Review from IT Dept

I love the energy and positivity. Especially towards helping to win and retain customers.

Review from Sales Dept

Job stability. By far and away that's the most important factor for my wellbeing and integration.

Review from Product Dept

Everyone was welcoming and willing to share- documents, resources, information and time.

Review from Customer Success Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less top-down decision making and consensus culture. Really inhibits getting work done.

Review from Marketing Dept

Raise the bar with Humility at all levels across the company

Review from HR Dept

Allow people to self elect to work remotely as long as metrics are met

Review from HR Dept

Managers should stop boasting about how many hours they work in a day and how they work on weekends. Everyone likes to work more once in a while but it's stressful to have someone constantly berating you for not doing it on a daily basis. People can have personal commitments.

Review from Engineering Dept

More diverse executives and senior leadership

Review from HR Dept

Workfront as a whole does a great job at making employees feel valued both as an employee and as a human. My department on its own does nothing. Sometimes management will say nice things that will make you feel like they think you're valued in meetings but their actions are consistently opposite.

Review from Finance Dept

Get rid of the CMO and CRO. They have been there too long and they pick favorites. The CMO is very snobby silicon valley.

Review from Marketing Dept

Hire competent managers who don't need to micromanage people. Hire people who fits culturally, don't hire toxic people.

Review from Engineering Dept

Nepotism, cliques, them and us culture

Review from Admin Dept

A lot of complaining I feel like. I wish more people would take responsibility for their situations and be more grateful for the good things the company does give us.

Review from Finance Dept

The rest of the company may be alright, but management over product dev is a bit brutal. They seem out of touch with what dev is doing and what motivates dev.

Review from Product Dept

It's common for Workfront to start combining several jobs and not get any reward for that

Review from Product Dept

Free Insurance. Health, Dental, Vision, etc. All the surrounding software companies are doing it now and there's always whisperings that people are going to leave to go where that is included in the compensation package. Higher Pay and benefits will BOOST morale and perpetuate the highest culture!

Review from Sales Dept

Most of the time, male co-workers are favored over female in most cases, by mid/senior level management roles. Also on-boarding is lacking.
