More promotions for women and POC. The leveling at Adobe is very far off from the rest of the tech world. It's nearly impossible to get to director, sr. director, etc. and the criteria isn't clear. Several employees have reached that criteria and been denied with no clear explanation.

Gone way downhill in the last year. Everybody is pretty miserable.

Oh my goodness, where to start, we have the best benefits from PTO to company wellness and work life balance.
Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 2 days ago
The health care benefits are the best part.
Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 2 days ago
The pay is comparable to going market rate, the company wellness days and more

Bonus and sabbatical offering are top notch

I was able to negotiate a little since I came from Google where the comp package is really hard to beat (20% bonus, RSU refresh, merit salary increase)
Review from Marketing Dept
The path to promotion and growth opportunities lacks clarity, with inconsistent standards applied across individuals within the same organization. Pay is below market rate.
Review from Marketing Dept
I give 110% every time, but don't feel recognized for my affords and achievements adequately. I believe my contribution recognition and my compensation are not equal to my male counterparts.
Review from Marketing Dept
I don't feel undervalued but feel like my pay could be more competitive.
Review from Marketing Dept
I feel that our compensation is unfairly weighted around living in the Bay Area vs. outside of the Bay Area, which causes employees to leave if living in the Bay Area permanently doesn't align with their life plans. Even if they are high performers with multiple years of tenure with Adobe.

Interaction with the TA team directly is a huge love, but getting into the work the business units are doing makes me feel full and truly part of the total team.

Great manager, collaborative and genuinely cares about you - shares passdowns but not the swirl. Teammates are amazing, super helpful, proactive, and feels like a family - as I met a few during my interview process, it felt like the right fit, even though the overall comp is lower

Less meetings. Less ambiguity. Less cooks in less kitchens.
Review from Marketing Dept
I think its just the fact everyone is moving around so much due to organization changes that we cant really connect lately
Review from Marketing Dept
stop pulling in 40 people to make a decision - if the best of the best is creating a plan, then there's no need to have 40 opinions. Also, stop showing up with problems but with zero solutions. Lastly, stop taking an inside out approach to storytelling

My coworkers, including executives, need to focus on good work instead of playing politics.

I like the popup events and perks that show up in #sitesanfrancisco, I like #adobefood. I am interested in getting closer to the food team - google offered cooking classes for employees in a dedicated teaching kitchen and I would love to see how to help the team create a community experience like it
Review from Marketing Dept
Less top-down decision making and consensus culture. Really inhibits getting work done.

Get rid of the CMO and CRO. They have been there too long and they pick favorites. The CMO is very snobby silicon valley.

The peole I spoke with were open about the company.

The attention to company fit just as much as skill.

That I clicked with coworkers and that I was hired

I feel stunted in my career journey and am not getting the support I need to move forward
Review from Marketing Dept
Customers on the experience cloud side are not happy with the product value. Too many false promises for too long.
Review from Marketing Dept
Too much middle management who manages up but doesn't manage down well.
