Having a manager that really cares about me and my development is the most positive part of the culture. I never feel like my manager has an ulterior motive; she always has my best interest at heart.

Need management take accountability. As the company grow we need management with more experience so they can lead the team more efficiently.

The company needs to spend money on professional tools to do our job. We're often provided with cheap, non industry standard gear. It lowers morale and worse creates wore work and frustration than if we had just been given professional tools to begin with.
