What are some of the best things about your team?
My team collaborates and meets to brainstorm action items on how we can improve the user experience and our support for these users. A helping hand is always extended. Xero hires positive and hardworking people that make me better everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Understanding and patient people work to help provide me with resources and/or advice on how to improve myself within my role. We discuss what I'd like to improve and focus on and my goals, and then we set up a plan on how to achieve my goals. Feedback's received in all areas. Clear expectations.
