most people in the industry that do my work will get at least double what I get paid now. I received a 2% raise This year. Bonuses were cut

usually starts with an HR screening, then a phone technical screening and if you proceed to the next level, it's followed by half a day interview with multiple people and a lunch witg your future team.

The environment was a lot better when it was focused on helping the customers, not just how much you can sell to them.
Bonuses changes have cut into people's daily pay. I will lose about 8,000 this year. Employees are Leaving in mass daily.

Actually follow through on process initiatives. Leadership is so hands off that it's not even present.
Care about your people and customers first, not what you think will make you look good to your boss.
There are no leaders at godaddy, just people who have been there a long time.

Leadership needs to be more present in day to day activities to guide people towards they culture they want.
Remove fear of retribution and punishment by managers based on unrealistic metrics that only provide customers with mediocre product.

Care about customers, and not how to make the next dollar

The only thing you are valued for is how much you sell. Most mangers in our hosting department have very little gods technical skills

They have raised the minimum sales targets to keep your job. They have raised goals to pay the agents less bonuses. It's all about money.

If you're great at sales not hard. They don't seem to care about any other skills. Even when sales wont help with the position

It depends on the job you are going for. Drug test is no longer part of hiring. Back ground neck can happen as we do deal with credit card numbers and security
