Customer service is horrendous. No one knows anything. On chat, they just say, not my expertise, and keep passing you along. Each time they pass you they ask for name and email. Absolutely horrendous, horrendous experience.

Awesome. We're a wacky, inclusive, tolerant bunch of people. We all want to make incredible products, we work hard, and we trust each other. I'd be happy to hang out with pretty much everyone at the company, and have done so on numerous occasions. We have a get your work done and don't worry about much else mentality. Hours are flexible, deadlines are reasonable. We work hard and we play hard.
