The interview was done in very casual clothing and the questions asked more about who I was and liked to do vs the amount of tech I knew. They were looking for someone that could fit the culture. The training would take care of the rest.

I've been on both sides of the interview process, and have seen growth in how GoDaddy approaches interviews over time. I really hope that newer candidates are treated to a friendly and fair, but challenging interview that also explores the GoDaddy culture and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
