I have 17 years with the company now I have enjoyed all my positions I wish compensation was better for us and that the cost of living was taken into account as i think several areas should be changed on zones.

the team is like a family and takes care of each other.

I like that my leadership allows me to try and move up and better my self and not hold it against me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
most of our team works as a team and collaborates we have a few that keep to them self and only do the bare minimum.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I fell that i make less than new managers and i have been here for more time than all of them and have the skills required and go above my job expectations they compensation is not fair as they are not allowed to mark LCE'S the best to give them a raise it goes to Network Managers only
