Listening to the people doing the day to day operations is the biggest one, but pretty much everything about them can use some improvement.

I work with some very knowledgeable people whom I have a lot from over the years. They genuinely care about the work they do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to stop running a culture of fear, compensate employees better, not just the executives, and be more flexible with where you actually do your work (WFH is not allowed)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you go above and beyond you're rewarded with "not fast enough" and expected to do even more with even less. No one says "good job" youre just constantly pushed to do more with very little, if any, support. Honeywell pays on average 20% below insustry standard.
