breadth ... I am old so still have pension ... would have said 401k match but it's been changed to an annual payout which lost significant value

Higher raises/bonuses considering amount of work and sacrifice away from family.

Honeywell has a general belief that you don't have to pay market you can be cheaper because of the Honeywell brand name. This might be true in legacy businesses but in the digital space Honeywell has no brand.
