What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The company has HOS but doesn't utilize it. The lean processes seem to be used to provide bonuses to executives. Coworkers have to be willing to lead by example and stand up for what is right and wrong.

Having a consolidated location with everyone in the same place.

There is a lot of profanity in the workplace. The culture is to bully and it is okay for female Directors and VPs to yell and swear at employees. Unfortunately, these leaders typically don't know how to manage people and have the least experience.

Our work from home arrangement isn't flexible enough. Also, our performance management process is antiquated.
