nothing, the process is too restrictive

stop outsourcing to temp agencies. Bring back the traditional stuff. Manpower and PDS will hire literally anyone, regardless if they're a good worker.

they fired thousands of engineers and is trying to replace them with robots on inferior infrastructure. They need to update their infrastructure desperately.
