Have worked there for 40+ years and the place just keeps going down hill. Changes policies to fit what management want. Old buildings, antiquated equipment and unfriendly people. Would have quit years ago if I knew what the company would come to.

Coworkers need to treat everyone on the team with respect and not talk about them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive thing I can say is it's a paying job in a town that doesn't have many jobs available
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Team members can get by with standing around talking and not working very hard and then blames other people when orders don't get done in a timely fashion.
