Focusing on customer needs and employee well being, instead of continually looking at internal profit only.

Year on year benefits are decreasing. These are left in the hands of 3rd parties which do not have the company interests at heart

One does puzzle books and smokes on company time, gets rewarded with overtime One is belligerent and rude. One looks at the internet most of the day

Understanding that multinational cultures need to be respected and integrated. The american way is not always, if ever the best.

Most of the leads are trouble makers and cause too much drama. The leads and some supervisors have horrible language Stop the FAVORITISM!
