What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Honeywell leadership team is not transitioning to the new era they are very stuck in the past.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Very much a slow old school company that manages via cost cutting. Negative day to day feel.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Honeywell has a general belief that you don't have to pay market you can be cheaper because of the Honeywell brand name. This might be true in legacy businesses but in the digital space Honeywell has no brand.
