In order to get better the leadership team needs to realize that there is no silver bullet for every issue. What works for Tesla doesn't work for Honeywell.

I have never been apart of such a disorganized, greedy, and selfish company. Honeywell does not care about its employees and families. When I hired in i thought I was becoming apart of something great, however I have realized that I have to fend for myself around every corner I turn to keep my job.

Upper management is completely disconnected from the realities in the field, expectations and requests are generally irrational and when you ask for help you are being ignored or left to figure it out on your own.

If upper management ever lived up to it's promises to it's employees. It's a high risk place to work, you never know when layoffs or furloughs are going to happen, so you always have to have more in savings for when things inevitably turn poorly.

There is limited team effort or team work. Sure some teams work better than others, but when it comes to working directly with production it's just finger pointing and 0 collaboration.

My coworkers do not need improvement. Forcing the conversation in this survey is the very thing wrong with corporate management teams. Mandates but no communication (that's a two-way concept) - but this too must be necessary for an "international" company.

Our company is very geographically distributed across multiple sites and countries. Requires a lot of off-hours meetings. Would need to co-locate work so that we could meet face-to-face.

Diverse and focused. The culture promotes collaboration and making meeting as effective as possible. We are all connected on MS Teams and we have the choice of using Analytics for coaching etc.
