Having access to resources that are rudimentary to the job and the people who make the progress much more enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diverse and focused. The culture promotes collaboration and making meeting as effective as possible. We are all connected on MS Teams and we have the choice of using Analytics for coaching etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Diverse and open communication. Good focus on behaviors and little micro-management using strict deliverables - Say-Do. Get Results, get rewarded! Unlimited Vacation Policy and mature approach to Working From Home for usually Essential R&D Employees.
