Intellectual flexibility, willing to listen
Review from Marketing Dept
Using data, customer, and employee input to make strategic plans. Right now, they miss all four of those objectives needed for sustainable strategic advantages.
Review from Marketing Dept
Listening to the smart people they hire vs. mandating and directing everything from the top.

take care of people: clients, employees and long term relationships.

The leadership must start to be attentive to the employees and stop leaving entire areas in some countries to vanish because they did not promote the leadership and their teams.

low pay, hr dont listen to employees, and your work it is not valued. Management change constantly and you are doing 15 times the same job juts because in a year they changed 3 times management, and the new one wants to show he has ideas and ask to do all over again from a different angle.

Raises are anemic Losing earning power. No ability to grow income with current work. Benefits not competitive especially health care
Review from Marketing Dept
Raises are very low. Making less today in real dollars than 8 years ago. Benefits are very poor
Review from Marketing Dept
The team work well together, but suffer a lot not being able to proceed with some projects for not having budget and the leadership not hearing what the employees have to say. Because of that the teams get tired, having to comfort each other.
Review from Marketing Dept
Being proactive and speaking truth to power.

Empower people to make decisions. Responsibility and accountability are mute without authority to make decisions
Review from Marketing Dept

Executives that value input from employees, realizing dialog is a two way street. Really supporting the "unlimited vacation" policy, instead of bragging how much they work (while ignoring that they accomplish so little). Fixing customer issues instead of constantly "reorganizing to improve."
Review from Marketing Dept

Honeywell is concerned with appearance and executive compensation. Real customer and employee satisfaction does not have any interest to them except where is serves the two primary concerns.
Review from Marketing Dept
Honeywell is not a meritocracy, doesn't allow dialogue, no trust.
Review from Marketing Dept
The company is doing very bad on my country, because the upper leadership is not seeing and not caring for what is happening here, they just want the results. Everyone is tired and dismotivated and looking for another job, the expectations for the next years is going from bad to worse.
Review from Marketing Dept
People just don't feel valued. Much uncertainty with new CEO. Egos outweigh common sense.
