We've moved heavily away from the direction and drive that made Klaviyo what it is. Today we're faced with higher levels of bureaucracy, lower levels of autonomy, and an ever increasing direction away from the product and engineering driven culture that helped us excel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You made comp adjustments, and moved many employees to the mid-point of the new range, even those higher than the midpoint. This artificially reduced salary of existing employees against new hires, who almost always come in over mid. It's been over a year and nobody has owned getting this fixed.
