Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very little recognition for hard work. It's difficult to actually execute work life balance with out any form of quota relief when taking PTO. It feels like leadership consistently misses opportunities to reward/ recognize and instead is constantly asking for the bar to be raised.

Because I was disadvantaged by the move to our new rating and progression scale when I previously exceeded all metrics, but received no compensation increase, promotion, or equity despite changing roles

Yes - the sales comp here is not fair in comparison to other companies. We don't get enough OTE vacation and our bases are embarrassingly low.

Structure and support but not micro-managed. Clear growth goals, always learning from others, nice space to work in (London office), flexible work from home working, great team events, great snacks, central london location which I can cycle to.
