Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
I think there are a lot of great things about Klaviyo - we have a good product, I like my immediate team and manager etc. The broader sales org has some issues thought. Leadership can be cliquey and the systems we have in place dont always seem good for employees. Almost taking advantage of us

Everyone seems to be very qualified with lots of experience
What makes you most happy at work?
the people are the best part - working with clients/ prospects and co-workers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very fun - the social aspect and the time spent with co-workers outside of work is great
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is great - very laid back but collaborative and available without micro-managing. My team members are friendly and helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes - the sales comp here is not fair in comparison to other companies. We don't get enough OTE vacation and our bases are embarrassingly low.
