You can expense any book you want (except for rare and collectors books). It's not the most glamorous of perks, but we get all the standard ones you would expect, plus this really nice one that shows how much the company values learning.

Free book policy, fitness reimbursement, and great healthcare. Benefits and compensation indicate that Klaviyo really cares about me as a human, more than just another employee.

I feel under titled and under paid. HR leadership talks a lot about compensation transparency, but I haven't seen it. I don't agree with our CEO that job titles don't matter.

I think it would be useful to do some releveling with the new career ladder rolling out. There's a lot of ambiguity on what each of the levels mean and how to progress.

I got a lot of pushback in my offer negotiation until I had a competing offer. I was told that nothing could be done but then suddenly something could be.

Pay is fair for level, but feel that I came in at a lower level then should have been given my process. Still, enough benefits (works, people, etc.) to keep me here but just answering the question honestly!

Compensation package is not on par with the industry/location expectations. Compensation bands were decided retroactively without sharing how they were determined.

The culture is collaborative and amazing. People really want to do what's right for their teams, the company, and our customers. There are few (no?) egos, no one is building mini-kingdoms or silos. It's just a great place to be.

Leadership is honest about headwinds and open about mistakes, and they are transparent about hey they want to address things and what's going to happen next. This leads to a culture of openness, honesty, and a willingness to learn and improve. There is a true growth mindset here

I get to solve really hard problems at scale. The work is challenging but not impossible, and although I am being stretched, I am also being supported by my leaders and my team. This is perfect for me. I don't want to dial it in and go home, and I don't want to work with people who do.
