Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
My team is great and I think more junior employees have a tremendous impact at Klaviyo -- but don't get enough recognition. Leadership is incredibly indecisive which makes it very hard to plan. We need stronger leadership. Also, too many people leave (get fired?) without saying goodbye.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being appropriately recognized and compensated for my work. Sense of accomplishment. Feeling like we're all working towards the same thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under titled and under paid. HR leadership talks a lot about compensation transparency, but I haven't seen it. I don't agree with our CEO that job titles don't matter.
