What makes you most happy at work?

Being appropriately recognized and compensated for my work. Sense of accomplishment. Feeling like we're all working towards the same thing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel under titled and under paid. HR leadership talks a lot about compensation transparency, but I haven't seen it. I don't agree with our CEO that job titles don't matter.
