What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and thoroughness of their answers. Also that they consistency show face at company events /meetings / etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is fair for level, but feel that I came in at a lower level then should have been given my process. Still, enough benefits (works, people, etc.) to keep me here but just answering the question honestly!
