Although we've had to work hard as peers to create a sense of teamwork, our hard work has paid off. My team is collaborative and supportive.
Very little recognition for hard work. It's difficult to actually execute work life balance with out any form of quota relief when taking PTO. It feels like leadership consistently misses opportunities to reward/ recognize and instead is constantly asking for the bar to be raised.
