Recently the company has gotten way more like a large company. That's fine, but for those of us who were hired under the expectations of working in a startup environment, it's no longer in keeping w/ many of our aspirations.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More attention to detail, more consistency in process, more transparency
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Setting clear, realistic and achievable goals and following through on them. Provide greater transparency to rank and file. Think more critically about the impact of organizational changes. Provide more support for teams which are not directly engaged on priorities but which are required.
