The work, when there was enough to go around, was pretty easy and manageable. The real issue was that certain folks are bottlenecks in the process and won't share workloads because they're worried it'll make them look worse. Few challenges, but nice enough coworkers.

There's a lot of ego that gets in the way of functioning properly as a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Team's not a good fit for me; I need a work environment that's more challenging that moves at a quicker pace.
