Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
Klaviyo is a solid place to work. Pros: Culture and benefits are amazing. Cons: Work is extremely fast paced to the point where something you have put your heart and soul into is deemed useless overnight. However it feels like that is changing and we are getting to a shared direction and strategy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We make time to celebrate wins and achievements.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to be transparent as much as they can and seem very approachable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary and RSU options. Also I like that there is no bonus structure.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I feel that my work is contributing to a common goal and people are appreciative/ find value in the work I do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
At the director level, things don't seem very collaborative. Not sure if it's because everyone is so busy but it definitely doesn't feel like we're all on the same team.
