They try to be transparent as much as they can and seem very approachable.
Base salary and RSU options. Also I like that there is no bonus structure.
When I feel that my work is contributing to a common goal and people are appreciative/ find value in the work I do.
At the director level, things don't seem very collaborative. Not sure if it's because everyone is so busy but it definitely doesn't feel like we're all on the same team.
