Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
It has been turbulent to date unfortunately. My team is very small but still moves at a rapid pace, not always in sync of the rest of the broader team. Information is not often shared when needed, and when it is, there are common disagreements over what the information actually is being shared

working cross functionally with other teams who have the time to collaborate
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its in a heavy development phase so I have a great opportunity to help mold it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people are genuinely excited to be here, and everyone ive met in person is very friendly
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have not had enough visibility to answer for everyone. I like AB's emails to the general company and find them inspiring.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its consistently a stressful environment with a heavy "hurry up and wait" atmosphere. I have yet to have a conversation around what potential bonuses for hitting targets could look like, or how to discuss compensation when I'm eligible. More clarity is needed and would be greatly appreciated here.
