I feel in that sweet spot of doing something I love and am knowledgable in, but am also challenged every day in a way that has allowed me to grow. On top of that I feel heard, known by way of my personal goals in where I want to go, and cared for. Have brought on a friend I love it so much.

Everyone is ready to jump in and help each other, and everyone is SO SMART and kind.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I get to help people WIN! Working for a company that I have conviction about, and getting to share that with others in practical ways.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team just cares, for starters. From the very top. That is huge. They care about the mission, they care about their people, and they care about their customers. Everything bleeds for there regarding communication, consistency, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The trust. I trust my coworkers, my manager, the leadership, and anyone who reaches out to interact/ask questions/etc. So the trust, which allows for autonomy, projects not getting blocked by politics, and sh*t getting done... and done really well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Just returned from 4 months of parental leave which was a gift, and I have returned refreshed and ready to get back to work. I do love how thorough the package is though from parental care, to health care, to education (LOVE the book compensation)... just that it covers a lot.
