Review from IT Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Unfortunately, we've been on a slow and gradual shift away from a positive culture and environment. The Leadership Team needs to stop focusing on the wrong things and get back on track to focus on the right things...value employees, boost morale and restore a positive culture/environment.

What’s most positive about the company culture and environment is

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 9 days ago

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More collaboration. Feels that only a chosen few are actually listened to and remaining are treated like contractors or resources and not contributors.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 5 days ago

More transparency and be clear about how decisions are made; Admit mistakes; Make decisions consistent with our values; Reward learning, not just success; Hold managers accountable for team health, not just results; Reduce middle/micro management; Protect our quality & ethics standards/diversity

Review from Product Dept · Posted 11 days ago

We have shifted away from work-life balance, especially with the rise of AI. People are being "unofficially" encouraged to spend more of their off time doing work with AI to get ahead, sometimes being told that "the best engineers spend their nights working"

remove the hired manager in India for head of sales, he has no knowledge of industry and client he is just enjoying his space

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 15 days ago

A Leader that genuinely care about the success of every personn on their Team. There are too many EGO in the top management who like the sound of their own voice and no one seems to listen. People still work in silo and often say this is not part of my JD

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 16 days ago

We need to STOP coming to the office by force, as this has created a negative environment. If I'm not out seeing clients, I should be at home, working uninterrupted and effectively. The previous hybrid model of 1 or 2 days at the office, was more conducive to our productivity.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago

Not a lot. My issues are around pay that won't be acted on. I was told by a director recently my pay was falling way behind inflation. Yet I'm still here top of my team at the moment doing what i can to earn a bit of commission. Scott firth

Starts from within the teams

Review from Marketing Dept

not all of us are interested with social activities. it would be very helpful if there would be more technical trainings as well as some of us value learning than socialization.

Review from Operations Dept

I came from a very good company before this. I switched mainly because I wanted to grow in my role. The leadership I am under don't see you as a person. They're normalizing rudeness and passive aggression.

Review from IT Dept

Build a more authentic culture. Stop the systematic culture of managing up and feeding only good stories up the chain. Top leadership should exercise better judgement rather than trusting a few who are flawed individuals.

Review from HR Dept

our engineering practices are stuck in the 2000's and despite the SLT saying they want to move fast (and safe) there seems little appetite for this at the lower management or developer level the development culture here is "fear of change" rather than wanting to embrace new techniques / approaches

Review from Engineering Dept

Better pay and salary that is competitive with the rest of the industry.

Review from Engineering Dept

Spend some time in the trenches and not just to say you did.

Review from Sales Dept

Whilst the focus on revenue and profit growth is great, it comes by cutting costs in other areas which portrays the culture negatively.

Review from HR Dept

The growth is good but we need the means to realise its ambitions

Review from Finance Dept

We need managers who understand the teams they manage so that they truly understand each team members value or not and understand what is best for the team.

Review from Finance Dept

do not use politics. have a positive culture instead of bringing out all issues during everyday huddle

Review from IT Dept

Forcing people to pass new projects every quarter and frequently asking for updates when most of the already submitted projects are not moving due to lack of developers. Pay your people fairly if they do dev tasks on top of their production tasks.

Review from Operations Dept

have more diversity. most of our jobs are really repetitive that sometimes I feel like we're no longer learning. It would be helpful if there would be more upskill trainings. not everyone can do six sigma. upskill trainings like how to use excel or other technical skills that we can choose from
