What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Feeling more as a contributor versus someone on the sidelines as merely a resource.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 5 days ago

Our organization is intricately complex which requires thorough planning/execution/delivery. Leadership is driving toward rapid execution/delivery, which results in solutions that are not scalable, cause rework, or unusable. Eliminate mayhem & value methodologies/processes that fit our complex org.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 9 days ago

we need to be doing better product than our competetors, right now we are just following, adopting, we did not use our advantages enough

Review from Design Dept · Posted 10 days ago

review the previous responses regarding improvements+ Protect slow thinking, the kind that scrutinizes, questions, and builds deep understanding event at the cost of temporary discomfort, instead of running on a loop, fueled by a high flow of dopamine to make some persons feel incredibly productive

Review from Product Dept · Posted 11 days ago

I don't feel my work is being recognized as it should; I don't feel valued by my managers. I'm doing some tasks that I'm not supposed to do.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Top-down decisions are being made without enough input from teams, leading to disruption and low morale. This can be improved by listening first, involving teams in decisions, and communicating changes more clearly and transparently.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Our area has lost a bit of its agency & trust due to failures from previous employees. We are judged through the same lense & operate at the same pace. I'm surprised at how many employees are being let go in the past few months while leadership does not recognise their part in their failure.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 11 days ago

there seems to be a lot of churn and change without good solid direction in a lot of spaces so you end up doing a lot of hurry up and change direction which is stressful and exhausting.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 12 days ago

we really need to think about the way the work flows in our current environment, before continuing to modernize I would like to see a plan that takes us to a new modern way of working toward the goals of our contract with the PTO.

Review from Product Dept · Posted 12 days ago

Understaffed and little sales support as they are utilised in other projects and unavailable to sales

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 12 days ago

Too much focus on optics and alignment, with a more hierarchical model, added layers, and too many decision-makers. This slows decisions and reduces efficiency. Simplifying structure, clarifying ownership, and empowering teams would improve speed and execution.

Review from Business Development Dept · Posted 16 days ago

We have not released new Intelligize products and as we are salespeople, we need an influx of new products to sell our clients every year. The AI that has been released is not as good as it should be.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago

The salary is really impacting my morale, as several others. Unfortunately, several employees are actively pursuing other opportunities.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago

There seems to be a shift in the company that is not being shared with the employees. The pay scale is not keeping up with competitors. Upward mobility for someone in the field currently is limited if not obsolete. All recent hires are from Core.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago

Even though I have been praised for my work, there doesn't seem to be a clear promotion path or pathway to compensation. I also think you can tell how the compensation affects recruiting - any of the "best and brightest" go to the BUs with the best salaries. Otherwise, people are kind of "mid."

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago

Sometimes I feel the decision making is too punitive to the customers, and we are stuck delivering this news with long time clients.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago

Lack of pay, no pay increases, lack of improvements or new tools, stuck in old ways, and too much bureaucracy to get things changed. lack of flexibility on WFH in sales teams

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago

Being forced to go to the office and dealing with endless spreadsheets are just de-motivating. Solution: 1 office day, NO Micromanaging and STOP with the spreadsheets!!! We are supposed to be a leading tech company. Also having no strategy as the goal post gets moved weekly, is very frustrating.
