Review from Finance Dept

Review from HR Dept

The trust leaders place in us, demonstrated by the freedom to perform tasks without micromanagement, is highly motivating. A commitment to ensuring compensation aligns accurately with our professional value and providing a visible career progression path would be the ultimate positive.

Review from Operations Dept

Unmatched total rewards and benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

Seeing the results of my hard work, receiving feedback, and being recognised for my efforts.

Review from Operations Dept

Being able to work with different people.

Review from Customer Support Dept

When leaders truly collaborate and are proactively supportive in driving continuous improvement, rather than just completing tasks for the sake of their PDP.

Review from Operations Dept

Supportive team, approachable BUs, work being done successfully

Review from Finance Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I don't think I am having any growth here.

Review from Marketing Dept

so difficult to get an update from other departments which is highly affecting our capability in accomplishing our tasks. so many changes with the processes and tools and yet we don't even receive proper training nor enough time to learn before new changes goes live

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership, non-existent process, detached from co-workers.

Review from IT Dept

Too much workload. There are days where I am doing 4 processes and I'm only a single employee. The kind of workload that is should be covered by at least 2 people and the compensation for all 4 are not enough. Rendering overtime will never be the solution.

Review from Operations Dept

We are severely understaffed and over worked. It is impossible to deliver the quality products we need to deliver under the current circumstances. Quality should matter more than metrics. Improved training for new hires - mentoring. Local management that understands and doesn't simply speak well

Review from Legal Dept

Charge de travail trop importante. Prises de décisions trop longues sur certains sujets, peu d'accompagnements aux changements des collaborateurs en cas de nouveaux outils, communications

Review from Sales Dept

It's not that anything is necessarily going wrong. Work is work, it's not my entire life.

Review from Operations Dept

Reduce job insecurity. It's hard to look forward to doing a job when you know that the organisation you work for wants to make you unemployed.

Review from Product Dept

The company is chasing the zeitgeist of AI and not caring that if the content we feed to the AI becomes wrong (due to making experienced editors redundant), then we will get junk out.

Review from Operations Dept

I do not enjoy the requirement to come to the office

Review from Engineering Dept

Explained in previous comments. Managing perceptions has become more popular than managing the business, which has alienated smart people

Review from HR Dept

From working in innovation and shipping reliable products that target well customer's needs to just work on maintenance and bugs of legacy systems. It could be improved by letting me go nicely.

Review from Engineering Dept

More and more output is expected and salaries are not catching up.

Review from Engineering Dept

pay is poor and seems to be getting worse

Review from Sales Dept

Sales can be challenging, so why make it more challenging? There are so many asks of us, it's next to impossible to keep track of it all. Just let us work and sell in a manner that works best for us. Daily huddles, metrics, internal mtgs. Simplify things and let performance play out. Stressful.

Review from Sales Dept

Leadership has a tendency to see and treat us like numbers on a spreadsheet; they seem to be very comfortable with incredibly high turnover. A concerted effort by leadership to improve employee retention would be key to improving this. They should be compelled to know the people they lead.

Review from Sales Dept

Focus moving further and further away from the employees and all they do is send out surveys and tout whatever good results they want to read into them without any effective change.

Review from Sales Dept

Leadership is very difficult to work with. It's their way or no way. Leadership is constantly changing every couple years. Just when you get to know someone, they are on the move. This makes a toxic environment. Pay is not enough - Pay more Health Benefits are not good. Bring back co-pay benefits

Review from Sales Dept

See prior comments discussing the issues.

Review from Sales Dept

Back office systems are worst in class. Fix the systems that your employees interact with every day instead of chasing dubious initiatives.

Review from Finance Dept

What do you like best about your company?

Strong mission to advance the Rule of Law and work flexibility

Review from Marketing Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Stronger benefit offerings, particularly related to health care coverage. Would like to also see more investment in workplace culture across the org.
