0-2% every year. For 20 years we averaged 1.25%. My whole dept did no matter how great our annual review was. A couple years we all got nothing...but I'm sure the execs did. They are currently getting huge bonuses for every US job they send to the Philippines. We have lost so many customers. It'll catch up to them soon.
The answer above is from 2 years ago, but it could have been written today. For 20 years, raises for everyone outside of executive, sales and marketing have been in the 2% or below range. Executive, sales and marketing also get bonuses. Those are not typically available to the average employee. My department has not seen any raises for 2 years running. None. Nada.

LexisNexis has no clear career path for anyone. You will be lied to again and again till your job is sent to Manila.
Too many long time veterans ahead of you. Takes a LONG time.
Does LexisNexis Legal & Professional drug test or do a background check?
I did not have to do a drug test and I have not heard of anyone doing a drug test. However, they do a full criminal background check and employment background check. If you are currently employed, they will not call your current employer during the interview process. Once you are employed with Lexis, they will call that employer to verify your last position.

That's a very general question. The answer will differ depending upon the department. In general, people who are open to change and process improvement are likely to stand out.

The better question is why you would want to get hired here, given the stagnate wages and lack of a career path. However, going through the online application process is the only way I know of being hired.
Any word when the Dayton campus will completely close?
Most recent information given was that they were continuing to downsize the Dayton campus, but were not closing it.

Can take some time, they have a slow interview process. It does depend on the manager.
What should I wear for an interview at LexisNexis Legal & Professional?
Dress professionally as you would for any other interview. My 2nd level manager once mentioned to me that even though we have a casual dress code, seeing what a candidate chooses to wear to an interview says a lot about how the person will complete their work if hired. That comment stuck with me! Take it to heart.
