What is the best part about your compensation package?

The company share option scheme

Review from IT Dept · Posted 8 days ago

Structured so that I receive the maximum amount, whilst remaining compliant with tax regulations.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 9 days ago

It is fair and close to market standards.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Maybe the bonus eligibility plan, unless the company is underperforming.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Parental leave amount and flexibility

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 9 days ago

The variety of choices for insurance carriers, the company match for 401(k), and the ample amount of Paid Time Off.

Review from Product Dept · Posted 9 days ago

The recognition. It is great to be awarded on merit when you put in the hours and perform at a high level. Sometimes the hard work you put in gets unnoticed at other companies/teams. It's always great to be noticed. The compensation is a nice bonus, pun intended.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 9 days ago

The salary is competitive .

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Nothing that good about it or that bad

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 9 days ago

The best part of the compensation package is that it feels competitive and well-balanced, including both financial rewards and valuable benefits.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 9 days ago

pay bonus at the end of each year

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 9 days ago

performance bonuses, professional development support, and flexibility that helps maintain work-life balance.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 9 days ago

The best part of the compensation package is that the IIP gives us the opportunity to earn more based on the company?

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better Salary. and better bonuses and increase

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 8 days ago

There's no personal development plans and everyone is on the same salary regardless of seniorty, experience, contribution etc.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 9 days ago

Honestly, one factor is the cost of living in this city. As expenses have increased, my current compensation doesn’t feel as aligned with the market or my financial needs. At the same time, I also want my compensation to reflect the contribu

More compensation to match my workload, and experience

Review from Legal Dept · Posted 10 days ago

I feel our salaries could be aligned more with market related salaries for our roles.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 10 days ago

The pay is way, WAY lower than the other companies in the area. Raises barely keep up with inflation. This is a top concern in every survey we take and nothing is done. Leadership says salaries are based on where we're located, but I'm paid over 30% lower than the average in my area for my position.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 10 days ago

I feel undervalued when delivery and measurable impact are outweighed by optics or politics. I’d value clearer alignment between outcomes, accountability, leadership effectiveness, and market-based compensation that rewards execution and sustain

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 10 days ago

I have responsibilities and skills above my pay grade but because I was hired in at a specific level, I can only continue on the same consecutive level of promotions and pay. I know from research that I could be paid much higher at another company for the work I'm doing.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 10 days ago

increase in salary and have perks at least

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 10 days ago

I believe employees who consistently contribute, upskill themselves, and take on broader responsibilities should be compensated fairly for the value they bring. Such growth, effort, and contribution should be more clearly reflected in my compensation.

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 10 days ago

get compensation similar to my peers.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 10 days ago

Based on view of other companies retaining legal professionals for the same AI rating and reviewing, hourly rates range between 50.00 to 100.00 per hour, setting the minimum pay at approximately $125,000.00 per year on the low end. Lexis currently places pay at approximately 85,000.00 per year.

Review from Product Dept · Posted 11 days ago

What would improve this: - Stronger performance-based differentiation (pay and bonuses) - More dynamic and transparent salary progression - Clear mechanisms to reward outstanding contributions

Review from Executive Dept · Posted 11 days ago

I would feel better about my compensation if it were higher. I would feel more valued if management would listen to feedback, particularly feedback about the product and product goals, and make decisions that are consistent with what a practicing lawyer would want from the product.

Review from Product Dept · Posted 11 days ago

The pay goes up very little compared to inflation, and does not keep in line with market rates and what is being offered for the job if a new person was being advertised for. What started off as a good wage ends up as below average over time.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Greater attention should be given to internal pay equity, as compensation for new hires sometimes exceeds that of long-tenured employees in similar positions. Salaries and bonuses in my business unit are not aligned with the group, not aligned with market benchmarks either.

Review from Product Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Took on a lot of new responsibilities over the last 3 years and this should be reflected in my compensation.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 11 days ago

I have been with LexisNexis for more than 10 years. During my first five years at the company, there were significantly more employee benefits. In particular within Sales, we used to have team events much more frequently. Unfortunately, these activities now take place far less often.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Because I know I'm well below the average salary for my role, my contributions, the size of my team, the number of projects, and the initiatives I've brought and that have been recognized by several managers.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 12 days ago

Compensation is not commensurate with increased cost of living and inflation. Opportunities to other departments are limited, and the description of the available opportunities are hard to understand in order to properly prepare for interviews.
