People care about each other and take time out to answer questions and share knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am on the Women Connected Board, and ERG and I love the volunteer work that I do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and work hard to ensure we keep our skills up to date. They schedule training courses that all attend and they're fun. I believe we are at the cutting edge in our field.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I used to make a lot more $ in sales at this company and when I switched out of sales, the salary went down. But I'm still here because I love working for this company and there are other things that are important to me in addition to remuneration.
