I think that the Global business is great however the local business does not offer the necessary assistance. I paid out of my own pocket for a BA Multimedia degree, and had to fight just to quality for study leave in order for me to change my career and become a UX Designer.

The benefits take into account the employees' needs now while also providing learning opportunities that would help take care of the employees' need for job security in the future.

Compensation is not commensurate with increased cost of living and inflation. Opportunities to other departments are limited, and the description of the available opportunities are hard to understand in order to properly prepare for interviews.
