Overall a very positive experience. The collaborative nature of my colleagues is a huge plus. Base pay compensation is slightly below market. Upward mobility is not clear. In any case I am proud to work here.

I really enjoy being part of LexisNexis, but too often it feels that from a Product/Development side, we are ignored. Despite being closest to the clients, no-one uses the knowledge we have. Until we correct this, we will continue to make expensive mistakes.

In terms of wages in the market, I know I'm paid significantly less than my level and LexisNexis is well known in the market for being poor payers. Ideally assess our roles and wages with the market and if this is incorrect, then address this. In the meantime, support the team, engage with them.

I've been at Lexis Nexis 10 years in June. I am the lowest paid employee in my team by a huge distance. I'm still however expected to train and support where i can with new employees. I started in Public sector, then PS and academic, then small law, then cover PS, the in-house. All without a choice.

The salary is below the market ave., last official salary review was disgustingly low; 1.8% raise across the company during cost-of-living crisis is just sad. Its expected of us to be more often in the office and that "increase" doesnt even cover the cost of transport to the office - very low morale
