Overall a very positive experience. The collaborative nature of my colleagues is a huge plus. Base pay compensation is slightly below market. Upward mobility is not clear. In any case I am proud to work here.

Smart and dedicated. Most of them are very hard working. All are very willing to be helpful to solve problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary for the work that I do that is not direct revenue compensation related (e.g. market research, GTM planning for product development) is under market.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care a very much about the people they lead and try to empower them to be successful. They are passionate about the work they do.
